Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the CRTV SRVCS marketing site and platform — including its apps (such as Planner, Writing Studio, Projects, Lookout, and Brainstormer) — provided by CRTV SRVCS (“we,” “us”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service and closed beta

The CRTV SRVCS platform is currently offered as a closed beta. Access is granted at our discretion, features may change, and the service is provided on an evolving basis. We may add, modify, or remove functionality at any time.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Each church is responsible for managing its own users and their roles.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. New churches may receive a free trial; after a trial ends, continued access requires an active subscription. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other churches or to circumvent security or access controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Reverse engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use bots or other automated means to access or extract data from the service (see “Automated access, scraping, and AI training” below).

Automated access, scraping, and AI training

Access to the service is licensed to you for use through the interfaces we provide. Except with our prior written permission, you may not:

• Use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, headless browser, or other automated means to access, monitor, index, copy, or extract any part of the service, its pages, or its data.
• Scrape, harvest, data-mine, or systematically collect content, church data, user information, or other materials from the service, whether manually or through automated means.
• Bulk-download, cache beyond ordinary browser caching, republish, mirror, or build a database from any portion of the service or its content.
• Use the service, or any content or data obtained from it, to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine-learning model, large language model, or other AI system.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, access controls, CAPTCHAs, robots.txt directives, or other technical measures we use to restrict or monitor access.
• Access the service through any automated pipeline or third-party tool for competitive analysis, resale, or building a competing or derivative product.

Reservation of rights (text and data mining)

We expressly reserve all rights, including under Article 4 of the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019/790) and any equivalent law, to opt out of and prohibit use of the service and its content for text and data mining or for training AI systems. No such use is authorized without our prior written agreement. Automated access in violation of these terms is unauthorized access, and we may pursue technical countermeasures and legal remedies, including blocking offending IP addresses and accounts.

Your content

You and your church retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit.

Intellectual property

The CRTV SRVCS platform, including its apps, its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by CRTV SRVCS and its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These terms grant you no ownership of the platform itself.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, payment, email, and AI services). Your use of the service may also be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, particularly during the beta period.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRTV SRVCS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
